Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

• carrier delays
• weather conditions
• peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Carriers

All orders placed on Culto Futbol USA are shipped via UPS.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a valid residential or business street address during checkout.

Orders placed with a PO Box address may be returned to our warehouse.

If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, our customer service team will contact the customer to arrange a refund of the order.

Shipping Coverage

Culto Futbol USA currently ships orders within the contiguous United States only.

“Contiguous United States” refers to the 48 mainland states connected by land.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
• PO Box addresses

All orders must be shipped to a valid street address located within the contiguous United States.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Culto Futbol USA is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Delivered but Not Received Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact Culto Futbol Customer Service as soon as possible. We may initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to verify the delivery location and other available delivery information.

If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Culto Futbol may consider the order successfully delivered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Culto Futbol is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery.

If the carrier determines that the package was delivered to an incorrect location or otherwise not properly delivered, Culto Futbol will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.
