Shopping & Accounts

1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and enjoy faster checkout.

2. How do I create an account?
Simply use your email during checkout. When you sign in, you’ll receive a secure PIN code via email to access your account — no password required.

3. How can I customize my jersey with a name and number?
Yes, customization is available for select jerseys. Products with this option will display a “Customize” button on the product page. Please note that personalized (customize) items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Orders & Notifications

4. How do I know my order was confirmed?
You’ll receive an email confirmation after purchase and another email once your payment is approved and your order is prepared for shipment.

5. How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive email notifications with updates, including when your order is shipped and ready for delivery. For any additional questions, please contact our support team at contactus@cultofutbol.com.

Shipping & Delivery

6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all Contiguous U.S. Only, with delivery times ranging from 3–10 business days, depending on your location or if the product is personalized (customized).

7. Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are managed via ShippyPro and shipped through UPS (additional carriers will be added soon).

8. How can I track my shipment?
A tracking link will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

9. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact our customer service team at contactus@cultofutbol.com with your full name, email, and order number. Our team will investigate and provide a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

10. What is your return policy?
We offer a full refund within 90 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your Culto order.

  • Items must be in clean, resalable condition (not worn, used, washed, or altered).
  • Apparel must include all original tags.
  • Footwear and accessories must include all original packaging.
  • Personalized (customize) products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A $9.99 return fee applies for online returns (returns made in-store are free).

11. How do I start a return or exchange?

12. Do you sell authentic soccer jerseys?
Yes! We offer both authentic and replica jerseys for top clubs and national teams. Authentic jerseys feature premium details and materials, while replicas are designed for everyday wear.

13. What sizes are available for your products?
Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific item.

14. What happens if my size or item is out of stock after I order?
If an item is found to be unavailable after your purchase, your order will be canceled and fully refunded. Our support team will contact you promptly to confirm and provide assistance.

15. Are all products official and licensed?
Yes, every jersey, apparel item, and accessory sold by Culto Fútbol USA is 100% authentic and officially licensed.
