Whether you shop online or in-store, we’re here to help. Please find below the return and exchange guidelines for each channel:

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Culto order, we offer a full refund within 90 days of receipt. We kindly ask that the following conditions be met:

  • To be eligible for a refund, products must be in a clean and resaleable condition, which includes the following:
    • Products must not be worn, used, washed, altered, or opened.
    • Apparel must be returned with all original tags attached.
    • Accessories and footwear must include all parts of the original packaging.
  • Personalized products are made just for you; therefore, they are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact our customer service team.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Size exchanges may be requested depending on availability.
  • Any additional charges such as shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that if a product is returned to us outside of our return policy and is not accepted, it will be donated or discarded. We are unable to return these items back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Proof of Purchase

Returns without a valid proof of purchase may be denied. Information regarding return activity and customer identification (if applicable) may be stored in a company-wide database to monitor return behavior.

Online Size Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need a different size, we offer a simple exchange process:

1.         Contact Us at 1-888-372-8483 (Mon-Sat 08:00 – 20:00 CT, Sun 10 :00 – 18:30) or email us at contactus@cultofutbol.com. Our team is here to help guide you through the exchange process.

2.         Return Instructions: Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.

3.         New Order or Refund: After we receive your return, we’ll help you place a new order for the correct size at the original purchase price. Please note that this depends on stock availability. If the size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Online Model Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may prefer a different model of the same product. We’re happy to offer model exchanges under the following condition:

Online model exchanges are available for products of equal or lower value as your original purchase.

For higher-value exchanges, please visit any Culto location, or you may return your item online and place a new order for the desired product.

To request a model exchange, please contact us at 1-888-372-8483 (Mon-Sat 08:00 – 20:00 CT, Sun 10 :00 – 18:30) or email us at contactus@cultofutbol.com. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Important: All items sent for exchange must comply with our return policy conditions.

Return In-Store

Items purchased in-store may only be returned or exchanged at any Culto retail location. Please note that returns or exchanges for in-store purchases cannot be processed online.

Returns and exchanges made in-store are free of charge. You may choose to:

  • Exchange the item for another product, or
  • Request a full refund to your original payment method, in accordance with our Return Policy guidelines.

Our store team will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.

Refund process 

Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to process it and issue a refund. We’ll email you to let you know when we’ve initiated the refund, but it may take additional time for your account to reflect the funds: 

Credit/debit cards, and PayPal: Up to 14 additional business days  

Shipping 

Method: Standard – Shipping time - 3 to 6 Business days 

Personalized products: Shipping time – 4 to 7 Business days 

*Shipping times may vary during high-volume order periods

Please consider that the shipping address must be within the US territory.  

Order Tips and Considerations

If the courier cannot deliver your order and it is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.

If your order has not shipped after three business days or was cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for the delay or cancellation could include the following:

       We are experiencing higher order volume during this time

       Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand

       Shipping address with some missing information

       A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
