NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

This Sweepstakes is intended for participation in the State of California only and shall be governed by applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Do not enter unless you are eligible and located in California at the time of entry.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Culto

1. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Innova Sport USA (CA), LLC, doing business as Culto Futbol, located at 1437 Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica, California (“Culto”).

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Culto reserves the right to verify eligibility, including age and residency, at any time.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Culto, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Employees, officers and directors of Culto, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, co-promotion partners, and any other entities involved in the development, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on May 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on June 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter . There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. There are three (3) available methods of entry into the Sweepstakes; however, regardless of the method of entry, each eligible Entrant may receive only one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Submission of entries through multiple methods will not result in additional entries. All eligible entries will have equal chances of winning.

• A. Instagram Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Culto Futbol Santa Monica located at 1437 Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401, post original, non-duplicative photographic or audiovisual content personally created and captured by the Entrant contemporaneously with their physical visit to the store, depicting an in-store experience, and tag @culto.futbol.us. By submitting such content, Entrant represents and warrants that (i) the content is wholly original to the Entrant, (ii) it has not been previously published or submitted in connection with any promotion, (iii) it does not infringe or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party, and (iv) Entrant has obtained all necessary rights, permissions and consents required for its use. Culto reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify compliance with the foregoing requirements and to disqualify any entry that does not strictly comply. Entries shall not contain unlawful, obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, unsafe, political, or otherwise inappropriate content, or any third-party trademarks, copyrighted materials, names, images, likenesses or other identifying elements without required permission. Culto may disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, violates these requirements or is inconsistent with Culto’s brand standards. By submitting content, Entrant grants Culto a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes, related to Culto and the Sweepstakes, without further notice, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.


• B. Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase adidas FIFA World Cup 26™ collection products in person at the physical retail location of Culto Futbol Santa Monica with a minimum single-receipt purchase of USD $100.00 (one hundred U.S. dollars) in a single transaction, calculated before applicable taxes, discounts, returns, credits, or fees. Online purchases, mobile app purchases, telephone orders, pre-orders, and any purchases made through any website, digital platform, or third-party marketplace are expressly excluded and will not qualify for entry into the Sweepstakes.
  
  For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “eligible products” means only those items that are expressly designated by Culto as part of the adidas FIFA World Cup 26™ collection and made available for sale at the participating location during the Sweepstakes Period. Not all adidas products qualify. Culto reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine the eligibility of any product and to exclude any items, categories, or transactions from qualification at any time. At the time of purchase, Entrants must provide a valid email address for registration and notification purposes. Eligible purchases will be automatically linked to the applicable transaction record maintained through Culto’s point-of-sale and customer transaction systems.
  
  Receipts may not be combined, aggregated, or otherwise manipulated to meet the minimum purchase requirement. Only valid, completed retail transactions are eligible. Returned, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions will be void and may result in disqualification. Entrants are responsible for providing a complete and valid email address at the time of purchase. Culto shall have no responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or inaccessible contact information or for failed or undelivered notifications resulting therefrom. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Each qualifying in-store purchase will result in one (1) entry only, subject to the one entry per person limit set forth below.


• C. Free Online Entry. To enter without purchase, store visit or Instagram post, complete the online entry form available at https://us.cultofutbol.com/pages/love-for-the-game during the Sweepstakes Period by providing the required information, including full name, valid email address, phone number and California residence confirmation. All information submitted must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions will be void and may result in disqualification. Entrants are solely responsible for providing all required information in full and accurately at the time of entry. Any entry that cannot be verified or that does not include the required information will be deemed void and will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry used. Each method of entry provides an equal opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes, and submission through any method will result in one (1) entry only. Use of multiple methods of entry will not result in additional entries. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry, including through multiple methods of entry, email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, logins, or any other means, will result in disqualification of such Entrant and all associated entries, and any prize won may be forfeited.

Mobile and Data Charges: If entering via a mobile device or other web-enabled device using a wireless carrier’s network, standard message, data and other charges may apply according to the terms of your wireless service provider. Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Mobile entry is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant or the validity of any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with such entry (or, in the case of Instagram entries, the authorized account holder of the applicable social media account) will be deemed to be the participant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. Culto reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of any Entrant.

5. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner, consisting of two (2) tickets (a “double pass”) to the USA vs. Paraguay FIFA World Cup 26™ match scheduled to take place on June 12, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. PT at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California (the “Event”). The individual accompanying the winner to the Event shall be referred to herein as (the “Guest”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $4,650 (four thousand six hundred fifty U.S. dollars) per ticket, for a total ARV of USD $9,300 (nine thousand three hundred U.S. dollars) for the Prize (consisting of two (2) tickets).

No other costs or expenses are included. Without limiting the foregoing, the Prize does not include, and Culto will not provide, any transportation (air, ground or otherwise), lodging, parking, meals, beverages, travel insurance, visas, passports, taxes, fees, gratuities, or any other expenses or costs of any kind, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. For clarity, the winner and Guest are solely responsible for all costs associated with traveling to, attending, and returning from the Event, including without limitation local transportation, rideshare services, fuel, parking, meals, lodging, and any other incidental or out-ofpocket expenses.

The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without any warranty, representation or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except at Culto’s sole and absolute discretion.

All Prize details not expressly specified herein, including without limitation seat locations, ticket format, method of delivery, and any applicable restrictions, shall be determined by Culto and/or the applicable ticketing provider in their sole and absolute discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, seat locations, seating proximity, visibility, accessibility, and overall Event experience are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Tickets may be relocated, reassigned, separated, delayed, restricted, or subject to obstructed or limited views due to operational, security, venue, the event organizer, ticketing, or other event-related requirements. No refund, compensation, replacement, or substitute prize will be provided in connection with any such changes or restrictions.

The winner and Guest acknowledge that the tickets constitute a revocable license and are subject to all applicable ticketing terms, venue rules, stadium codes of conduct, security requirements, and event policies. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, removal from the Event, cancellation of tickets, forfeiture of the Prize, and no compensation. Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the event organizer, the venue, and the applicable ticketing provider. The winner and their Guest must comply with all applicable entry requirements, policies, and codes of conduct. Culto shall have no responsibility or liability if the winner or their Guest is denied entry to the Event for any reason, including failure to comply with applicable rules or requirements.

Culto is not responsible for and shall have no liability in connection with any cancellation, postponement, delay, relocation, modification, or unavailability of the Event, or any portion thereof, or for any acts or omissions of the event organizer, the venue, ticketing providers, or any third party. In the event that the Event is cancelled or does not occur for any reason, no compensation, substitution, or replacement prize will be provided.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or unused tickets will not be replaced. If the winner elects not to use the Prize, or any portion thereof, such Prize or portion will be forfeited with no compensation. The winner and their Guest agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner at all times. Culto and/or the applicable event or venue personnel reserve the right to remove or deny entry to the winner and/or their Guest if they engage in behavior that is illegal, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate, without any compensation or liability to Culto.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize. Culto may require completion of an IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

Tickets are digital and are expected to be delivered directly through the applicable ticketing platform designated for the Event. Winner must comply with all the applicable ticketing terms, venue rules and event policies. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be sold, resold, substituted or redeemed for cash.

Prize fulfillment and ticket delivery are subject to additional verification, ticketing, platform, security, and event-access requirements imposed by Culto, adidas, the applicable ticketing provider, event organizer, and/or the venue as applicable. Without limiting the foregoing, the confirmed winner may be required to provide certain information, including without limitation: (i) full legal name; (ii) state of residence; (iii) valid email address and; (iv) any other information necessary for ticket issuance, identity verification, security, age verification, tax reporting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

If the confirmed winner is under the age of majority, Culto may require that any ticket fulfillment documentation, confirmations, acknowledgements, consents, and/or ticket delivery information be completed, executed, or processed by a parent or legal guardian, to the extent required by applicable law or third-party requirements

The confirmed winner and Guest may also be required, as a condition of Prize fulfillment and Event access, to: (a) maintain or create an account with the applicable ticketing or event platform; (b) download, maintain, and use the official FIFA or other designated event or ticketing application; and/or (c) review, acknowledge, accept, and comply with any applicable terms and conditions, waivers, releases, codes of conduct, privacy notices, ticketing terms, security protocols, venue policies, or other event-access requirements imposed by adidas, event organizer, venue, ticketing providers, or other applicable third parties.

Failure to timely comply with any such requirements, provide requested information, complete required documentation, satisfy applicable ticket fulfillment conditions, or comply with applicable third-party requirements may result in delay, inability to deliver the tickets, disqualification, and/or forfeiture of the Prize. In such event, Culto shall have no obligation to provide any compensation, substitute prize, or other consideration, except as otherwise required by the applicable law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 1, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PDT after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Culto or its designated representative, including its agencies, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the selection of the potential winner.

Culto may, in its sole and absolute discretion, select up to three (3) alternate potential winners in the same random drawing, in the order drawn. For clarity, the first eligible Entrant drawn will be deemed the potential winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If such potential winner is ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the Prize, cannot be verified, or does not timely claim the Prize, Culto may proceed to contact the next alternate potential winner in the order drawn.

If all alternate potential winners are exhausted and the Prize has not been awarded, Culto may, in its sole and absolute discretion, either conduct an additional random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries or elect not to award the Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entrants (each limited to one (1) entry, regardless of method of entry) received during the Sweepstakes Period. All eligible Entrants will have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification and Claim Process. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the method of entry, as follows:

• A. Instagram entry: via direct message to the Instagram account used to enter;
• B. Purchase entry: via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase registration;
• C. Online form entry: via email to the address provided in the entry form.

Culto shall have no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible contact information, or for any failed, delayed, or undelivered notifications, including without limitation messages that are not received due to spam filters, privacy settings, or failure of the potential winner to monitor their account.

The potential winner must respond to the notification and claim the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt (by approximately May 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PT, unless otherwise stated in the notification). Failure to respond within the required timeframe, or to comply with the instructions in the notification, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

As a condition of being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, execute and return any required documentation, including without limitation an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where lawful), and/or any additional information, documentation, verification, ticketing, platform, event access, security or any third-party fulfillment requirements within the timeframe specified by Culto. Failure to timely complete, execute and return such documentation may result in disqualification.

If a potential winner is disqualified, determined to be ineligible, cannot be verified, declines the Prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Culto may proceed to contact the next alternate potential winner, in the order drawn, without further notice to the previously selected potential winner. Each alternate potential winner will be subject to the same notification, verification, documentation and response requirements set forth herein. This process may continue until the Prize is awarded, until all alternate potential winners have been exhausted, or as otherwise determined by Culto in its sole and absolute discretion.

Culto reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any potential winner if Culto determines that awarding the Prize to such individual could negatively impact Culto’s reputation or be inconsistent with Culto’s brand values.

8. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the acceptance, receipt, and use of the Prize, as well as any other costs or expenses not expressly specified herein. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is based on available information and may be considered taxable income to the winner under applicable law.

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to provide Culto (or its designated representative) with a valid IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation reasonably requested for tax reporting purposes. If required by applicable law, Culto will report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) in the year the Prize is awarded and may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner reflecting such value. All tax reporting obligations, including any resulting liability, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Culto makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of the Prize, and the winner is advised to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of accepting the Prize.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent for Culto, its affiliates, designees, agents, and licensees to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the winner’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, statements, social media handle, city and state of residence, and any biographical information (collectively, the “Likeness”) for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation, related to Culto and the Sweepstakes, and related advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional activities.

The winner further agrees that Culto shall have the right to edit, adapt, and modify such materials in its sole discretion, and waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of the Likeness, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The foregoing consent and license are intended to satisfy any and all consent and authorization requirements under Sections 3344 and 3344.1 of the California Civil Code and any similar applicable law, and the winner hereby waives and releases any claims against the Released Parties, as defined below, arising under such laws in connection with the authorized use of the Likeness as contemplated herein, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed by Culto for purposes of administration, entry validation, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such information may be shared with Culto’s affiliates, agencies, service providers, adidas, and/or applicable ticketing partners solely to the extent necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and deliver the prize.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant expressly consents to Culto’s collection, use, and processing of their personal information in accordance with these Official Rules and acknowledges having read and accepted Culto’s Privacy Policy available at https://us.cultofutbol.com/pages/california-consumer-privacy-act-disclosures.

If selected as the winner, Entrant’s information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list, and may be shared with adidas and/or relevant third parties strictly for purposes related to prize fulfillment and applicable ticketing requirements.

11. General Conditions; Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Culto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Culto reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant who: (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) submits false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information; (iii) uses automated systems, bots, scripts, macros or any other unauthorized means to enter; (iv) violates these Official Rules; (v) acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive or threatening manner; or (vi) otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes

Culto reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system errors, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond Culto’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of suspension or termination, Culto may, in its sole discretion, select the potential winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.

Culto and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, partners and service providers (collectively, the “Culto Parties”) shall not be responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, corrupted or undeliverable entries, posts, messages, emails or forms; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission; (iii) any failure of any website, platform, application, network, server, internet service provider or other connection; (iv) technical, human, mechanical or electronic errors of any kind; (v) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (vi) any compatibility issues with Entrant’s device, browser or platform; (vii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (viii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s device or property arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Culto. Culto’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Entries generated by automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process are void. Culto reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in such conduct. Entries become the property of Culto upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned.

If any portion of the Sweepstakes (including the Prize) is compromised, delayed, postponed or canceled due to a force majeure event, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public health crises, governmental actions, civil disturbances, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, or any other cause beyond Culto’s reasonable control, Culto shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto and reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes as set forth herein, and, if appropriate, select a potential winner from among eligible entries received prior to such action.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CULTO, ADIDAS, CULTO’S PARTIES, ANY APPLICABLE EVENT ORGANIZER, VENUE OPERATOR, TICKETING PROVIDER, AND INSTAGRAM AND META SOLELY IN THEIR CAPACITY AS THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM PROVIDERS AND NOT AS SPONSORS, ENDORSERS OR ADMINISTRATORS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENCIES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES), WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; AND/OR (C) ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY OR EVENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EACH ENTRANT EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OR BENEFITS THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE (“SECTION 1542”) AND ANY SIMILAR LAW, RULE, DOCTRINE OR LEGAL PRINCIPLE OF ANY STATE, TERRITORY OR OTHER JURISDICTION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SECTION 1542 PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DEATH, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF THE PRIZE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

By entering, each Entrant understands and agrees that they are providing their information to Culto and not to Instagram or Meta. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Instagram and Meta from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

13. FIFA/ adidas Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA or any FIFA World Cup 26™ organizing entity in any way. FIFA World Cup 26™ and all related marks, names, logos, and insignia are the property of FIFA. Such marks are referenced herein solely to identify the Event for which the Prize tickets are awarded. No sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation by or with FIFA or any FIFA World Cup 26™ organizing entity is intended or implied.

This Sweepstakes is conducted by Culto in collaboration with adidas; however, Culto is solely responsible for the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, except to the extent expressly stated otherwise.

All questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed solely to Culto and not to FIFA, adidas, Instagram, or Meta. Neither FIFA nor adidas shall have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.

14. Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is determined to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, the interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the awarding, receipt or use of any Prize (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective or representative action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Entrant expressly waives any right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration (if applicable), private attorney general action, class proceeding or representative proceeding or claim of any kind.

All Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, United States, and each Entrant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts, waiving any objection based on improper venue, forum non conveniens, lack of personal jurisdiction or otherwise.

Requests for the winner list will be accepted from June 2, 2026 through June 5, 2026. Requests must be received no later than June 5, 2026
